Chutney Pudi

INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Ground Nut/Channa Daal/Puffed channa daal/ Grated dry coconut
3 tsp Urad dall
1 ½ tsp Jeera
¼ tsp Coriender seeds
Curry leaves
Tamarind
A pinch Hing
2 tsp Sugar

PREPARATION:
  • Dry Roast them all above ingredients. 
  • Then put in a mixer to get a nice powder. 
  • Serve with Ghee or coconut Oil with Dosa Or Idlis.
